- AJAmanda JohnsonMay 21, 20251.0Awful customer service. There are much better credit unions in the area you can go with, that is my suggestion. After 5 years, we closed our accounts. There was a female manager that was incredibly rude and disrespectful to us when I asked for support, as we still kept our accounts active while living across the country. I think they removed the last review because I named her, but I was horrified. Now that we moved back, we will not be continuing business there...or ever.

My husband was the sole owner of our previous house so I had never experienced the mortgage process before. DawnMarie, Hillary, Sara and their team were incredible. They were responsive and answered all my questions and made getting a mortgage seem downright simple. We don't plan on buying a new house anytime soon, but if we did we'd be using IC again for sure.
