  We hired them for removal of attic insulation and replace it with blown in foam insulation. Three young men arrived. They were shown the property line and told how important it was that they not go on the neighbor’s property as they are very adamant about no one stepping on their property. I turned my back and one of them was on the neighboring property. I reminded him where the line was, clearly visable. They did not put any plastic down on the floors of the room where they were working. The attic access is in a bedroom on the second floor. Over the course of two days all of which was removal of insulation I repeatedly corrected them about being on the neighboring property. They left the window open in the bedroom when they left and it rained on the carpet. In spite of it being an extremely hot job, which they certainly knew, they apparently brought no water. One of them interrupted my business call to ask for water. They were not prepared at all. After two partial days of removal they finished that part of the job. They were suppose to be back the following morning for reapplication. I received a call that evening from Preston who identified himself as a manager type. He said he didn’t know if he would send a crew back to finish the job because my husband “yelled and cursed” at his employees. He did yell at them to get off the neighbors property but DID NOT curse. We both spoke with him calmly and he kept talking over us and refusing to listen. He stated that we should have told the sales person up front that they could not go into the neighbors yard. CRAZY!!! He was very smart mouthed and In the end said they weren’t coming back and hung up. This was all during 90+ heat. We had no insulation for two weeks!!! We were very concerned about our AC which ran constantly and did not keep up with the heat and are expecting a horrible electric bill now. Today we finally got another company to spray insulation back Into the attic and we were impressed at how professional and respectful they were. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
