    Very disappointing service. Love our Palisades, but the service department at this location is awful-go elsewhere if you can. Unfortunately it is the closest Hyundai location to me. Examples of poor service received- scheduled service for recall 6+ weeks in advance because that was the soonest available. Two different recalls. Arrived for service , and only one part was available! Told it only takes 5 days, and we can go back and have the second recall done. What in the world? I need to take time out of my day to make a second trip when this had been on the schedule for 6 weeks! Someone is not doing their job, and management doesn't seem to care. Terrible waste of time and terrible service. It's not the first time either. The day after a routine oil change, I back out of the garage and had a huge puddle of oil on my spotless garage floor. Took it back, and they acted like it was no big deal (happens all the time). Like I shouldn't be upset that oil was all over my garage or that I had to take time to bring it back so they could fix mistakes. No more oil changes for them.

    The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They never call back when I leave a message, no one in the service department knows anything about services you bought for key warranties, and they make you wait over 10 weeks to get service on a possible warranty issue with your car. This would be a zero if I could make it one.
