    Stay on top of these people. Make sure to call about you vehicle frequently. Unfortunately if you back off at all they won’t contact you or give you updates and then when confronted they will gaslight and do anything to avoid accountability. Saying it was my fault because I got upset. But never anything on why I was upset. From 10/15-11/4 my car sat there not being worked on because they never called me. In that time I called twice and left two messages. No call back no anything. I was left in a new state in a new town with no vehicle and no communication. And at the end of the day no accountability. It doesn’t take much to say we messed up we are so sorry here is what we are gonna do to make it right. They are fine with the empty apologies part, but not great at the making it right part.

    Not long ago, I visited this car lot and immediately recognized one of the salesmen from a previous incident in downtown Medford. During that incident, this individual was yelling and cussing at a young man and woman in front of a crowd, then recklessly pulled a concealed firearm from his waistband in a threatening manner. We were simply minding our own business when the confrontation broke out, and seeing him again at the Hyundai dealership in Medford/Central Point was alarming. Had I identified him sooner, the police would have been contacted regarding his dangerous behavior. I cannot recommend this dealership.

    Just spent one of the most enjoyable 3 hours I've ever spent purchasing a new car or used car in this case the sales people were extremely personable knowledgeable and helpful The general manager dealing with the sale was more than helpful significantly helping me find a inexpensive interest rate for the purchase and giving me a very good deal on a used vehicle I would recommend this dealership and this staff to anyone who is interested in buying a quality car quality service one of the nicest dealer facilities I've ever been in I give it a hands up and would use them again

    Sam, Mike and Esteban! I live in Iowa, and my daughter lives in Oregon. After a recent car accident that totaled her car, my daughter visited the Hyundai Medford dealership. As you know, purchasing a vehicle is a pretty big decision, and my daughter was weighing her options, while consulting with me--and her dad--via phone. It wasn't the best of circumstances. I have to give a big shout out to Hyundai Medford's Sam, Mike and Esteban. They went above and beyond as they spent time with my daughter, walking her through the entire process from start to finish. We so appreciate their kindness and sound advice. She called me as she left the dealership, absolutely thrilled with her purchase. I could hear the confidence in her voice. As her mom, it's an enormous relief to know she's in a vehicle that she feels good about. THANK YOU so much!!

    Esteban, Sam and Mike all made my experience here a great one. I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I’ve had. They were upfront and helpful with all the questions I had and made sure everything was explained to me so that I felt confident with my decision walking out the door. They even assisted me with questions I had regarding an insurance claim to make the process as smooth as possible. Thank you so much for everything!
