Poorly run business. After being a loyal customer for over 15 years, I was disregarded with a billing concern that was recently added (unfairly in my opinion). There must be some very fine print in regards to their service fees and business practices. Very disappointed that I was not a valued customer after my years of loyalty. The owner couldn't have cared less when I called to cancel future services. Hope others will consider putting their hard earned money into reputable businesses that value them in return with great service, honesty and good customer service.

Was told one price for a monthly payment and apparently they covered the fine print because I am stuck paying a higher price while others I know pay half. Shame on me, but don't fall into their poor business practices. I am doing my part and sharing my horrible experience with others.
