We are conveniently located where I-96 meets M-59, at exit 133. The Howell John Deere Dealership is just 10 minutes from Fowlerville, and about 20 minutes from Brighton, Oak Grove, and Pinckney. Hutson, Inc. acquired the dealership, along with 7 other Michigan locations, from D&G Equipment in May 2021. The Hutson location in Howell is a full-service dealership for John Deere and STIHL® equipment. Our large selection of lawn and garden equipment includes zero-turn lawn mowers, tractors for any size yard, trimmers, hedgers, chainsaws, and Gator utility vehicles. We also have commercial equipment including John Deere Skid Steers and mini excavators.

- JOJohnny OlerSep 26, 20254.0I bought a chainsaw at the Howell store a few months back. Took it up north to clean up our property from all the downed trees. Spent 4 hours and a hundred pulls trying to start the machine. Gave up and took it to the Hutsons store in Gaylord. Their response was, "these often are very hard to start the first time. The salesperson is supposed to fill it with gas and make sure it starts before you leave the store." They started it for me and gave me some much needed advice. Bought a backpack blower today at the Howell store. They handed me the blower and I asked if he was supposed to make sure it starts. "Well I guess I ca if you want me to." I seemed to be putting him out after spending another $800. Love that they have everything and you can get some good advice especially about John Deere stuff. But boy are they lazy att the Howell store.

Had a weed whip serviced there as well, unfortunately it was the same price as a new one then to fix the old one. I also have a stifle chain saw and parts where in stock. Sales and parts team are friendly and great to work with. It's my go to place for lawn equipment.

Jackie and Michaela care if the service is done right and that the customer is satisfied and work tirelessly to provide excellent customer service at a fair price in a timely manner. Find better staff than them anywhere and I’ll start going there…here’s a hint; you won’t find it.
