    Parts ordered a part for my tractor that they ended up reordering, after 2 weeks it finally came in as the Wrong Part...Its a 3 hour repair. Also, no one is ever in a hurry to help you in the parts dept. most of the time there isnt anyone at the counters. Its like a ghost town in there. Pretty expensive building to not see a line of customers in there

    Took my mower for a tune to start the Spring, after I got it back it never ran right and the when I was mowing it just stopped and would not start. They picked it back up and told me the repairs which were over $500 + 350 for the tune up originally and since I got it back it stalled several times during my first mow and then my second mow after I got it back it again started to stall out immediately before I could even mow a 1/8 of my yard. They obviously did not even try to run it for 10 minutes. Would not recommend them to my enemy.

    Bought my Z mower from them and received serviced by them for more than 2 years. No issues, good communication, friendly people. Don’t know what happened this year, but my mower sat for 3 weeks at their shop without getting looked at, no communication from them, and in the end I had to go pick it up and take it somewhere else. The guy who took me to where my mower had been sitting didn’t even bother to apologize for the inconvenience. I’m sure you are busy, Hutson, but this just isn’t ok.
