Every time, seems to take Months! I called this last time we had our tractor there an nobody knows what's going on. We told them when we dropped it off what was going on with it. So apparently they just had our tractor just hanging out there & when we call to see if its done yet they might of started working on it. Im trying to fine a different place to take my mower & tractor. To many times of rediculess wait & so over priced on labor.

Had a great experience overall with this dealership. Austin was the best and was given what I would consider VIP service. The buy was easy, all the features I wanted happened, and delivery was great. The tractor is awesome. Had a mishap with setup of the machine but was taken care of through Austin with the maintenance guy Thomas. Thomas was also very nice and knowledgeable as well. Overall a great experience! I will be buying more equipment from them and will recommend to others. Thanks Austin, Thomas, and Hutsons!

Very disappointed. Ordered parts on a Saturday, then called store cause they showed the one main part I needed in stock, talked to Troy I think it was. Yep, we got it all, that’s what it’s showing on my inventory, great I said. I said I had pd online already, he said not an issue. I said I’m coming to get it. Get there, what you know, didn’t have half of it. No surprise to me someone didn’t know what they were talking about, so he says be in Monday, we give you a call. No call of course, so I call. Yep, we got it. I go in, of course, they got another piece of my 8 piece order & that’s it. I leave again. Turns out two pieces are being shipped but one’s not accounted for. I call back today, give them specifics & my order number & was asked when I ordered it(shouldn’t that be obvious, it should pop right up with the order number). Anyways, he acts like it’s not even on there, mind u it’s certainly on my $355 receipt. Takes my number & says he will call me back, which chances are he won’t. Typical service anymore!!

John Deere should stand behind their products and replace constant problem parts that are manufacturing flaws. Google this tractor and all the complaints about this part.
