  AFTER FINALLY getting someone to answer... I very descriptly told him what part I needed. I even looked at the schematics for the parts, so I can give them exact part numbers.. still, after two tries, they failed to get me the correct parts I needed Also I bought this tractor brand new last year and I only have two hundred hours on it.. The tractor is literally rattling itself apart with several issues! Highly not recommended if you're looking for good quality service and a good piece of equipment. The warranty is a joke to go through and again, the staff at gaylord michigan location needs to be updated on their knowledge. They also obviously have to hire more help because you can never get anybody to answer the phone. I run a business and I utilize my tractor every day when it goes down. It hurts and when I can't get them to Even answer the phone or order The correct part, it gets very discouraging.
