I thought there might be a problem and wanted to get it solved while I was here visiting. She made sure I had the appropriate tech for my peace of mind, she sure was right on! Then today when Anthony arrived he was the best professional worker I’ve ever dealt with. Helpful, not rushed, wanted to answer all questions from my daughter and myself. Made sure we were completely satisfied before he left. He checked everything and replaced the thermostat that I thought was failing. I’d give more stars than 5, if I could.

- JJJOct 1, 20255.0Raymond T from Hurliman arrived on time for a scheduled fall tune-up appointment. He let me know about the furnace issue with the indoor air controller motor. Ray clearly explained the problem and recommended that the motor be replaced. He helped us reduce the price by offering a veteran discount and recommended the Healthy Home Club Membership, which provides us twelve free filters and 2 free yearly tune-ups. After removing the motor, he thoroughly cleaned the fan blades, housing, and the floor of the leaked oil. Raymond was professional at all times and kept me informed.
