He asked good questions and then listened to our responses. He was relatible. When asked, he shared, in humble fashion, some of personal history. He told us what options seemed to meet our needs. He explained pro and cons of each. (I know top notch ...right!) The other contact was with Austin. He installed our furnace the very next day. Austin was kind, considerate of our needs. He asked questions and responded appropriately. He pointed out a few things with the old furnace and said he would correct those issues. Again, a true professional. All in all, we are very impressed with Hurlburt and their working staff. Thx Hurlburt job well done!

They took time to educate me about the equipment they installed and the services they performed (new water heater, new washer faucets, capped off an unused gas line, and an unused shower). Left clear instructions for me to complete wiring my new exhaust fan, light, Bluetooth combination unit. Everything works as it should and I’m very a very satisfied customer. I’d give them 6 stars if I could. I highly recommend Frank, Dylan, and Hurlburt!
