  My basement flooded and my gas furnace went out. Emailed Hurlbert and they sent out a HVAC technician within hours! Same day! Ko, the HVAC Tech, determined it was electrical, but still evaluated my furnace and AC unit, and made minor repairs to my AC (taped up the coolant line- he didn't have to because he was there for the furnace). He then arranged for a electrician to come in the next day. Diego was the electrician and very efficiently assessed the issue and fixed it. He then checked all my other outlets for water damage, and walked me through the evaluation. Both techs were professional and customer service oriented. They came in, respected my home, and got the job done at what I think is a reasonable price. I will definitely use their services again.

  We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday, and I was so relieved to find a company that actually picked up the phone and responded quickly. Andrew, the plumber who came out, was fantastic. He arrived promptly, quickly identified the issue with our bathtub, and had it fixed in no time. It’s not easy finding reliable help on a weekend, but Andrew was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. We’re so grateful for the fast and friendly service—highly recommend!

  Top notch service! Excellent from beginning to end. Our sales rep Jordan was so knowledgeable and kind. He spent alot of time answering all my questions. The installment team was amazing as well! They were very professional, kind, respectful, timely, and again so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They did an incredible job. Very happy with our new furnace and AC! Love the new Lennox system. We are extremely satisfied! Highly recommend Hurlburt.

  This fall our furnace would not start, and the people we used to depend on to keep it running no longer serviced our model or kind of furnace (fuel oil). I'd seen the Hurlburt trucks in the neighborhood and gave them a call to see if they could help, and WOW! Did they ever. Dan was at our house in just a couple of days, and did a complete end-to-end maintenance on our furnace, finding the actual sources of some problems that have been plaguing us for years, while also refurbishing and maintaining some parts that we couldn't afford to replace yet so that we'll be able to get through another winter with our "old reliable". Through it all Dan talked with me about what he was finding and what he was doing so that I understood exactly why the furnace had been having trouble the last couple of years, and why what he was doing would prevent the problems in the future. His confidence and understanding of our old furnace put me completely at ease. We had been panicking about how we were going to keep the house warm this winter, and now I am absolutely confident it will be fine, thanks to Dan and Hurlburt. I am happy to recommend them!

  Charlie called ahead to let me know when he’d arrive. After he was here, I decided I wanted a larger water heater than the one he brought. He found a larger water heater and returned with it. He was so professional and patient with me after making him go out for the second water heater! He didn’t complain or make me feel like the stupid idiot that I was. He was kind and helpful the whole time. He even helped me clean the 20 yrs worth of dirt behind the old water before installing the new one! He’s a gem! I hope I get him back when I need more work sometime. He took photos of potential future work in my bathroom and kitchen.
