He makes sure you are comfortable and feel secure that your HVAC system is safe, functioning normally, and that you understand the operation. Gary is also efficient, and punctual. I highly recommend having Gary look after your home’s HVAC.

He took every precaution to keep the dust to a minimum while sawing thru the sheetrock. He kept us informed of what he was doing and what needed to be done next. We are very happy with his work, and more than pleased with such speedy service.

Hurlburt heating and cooling were able to catch a carbon monoxide leak in my furnace whereas the first company that looked did not! My tech guy did a thorough job making sure I understood why the issues I was experiencing were happening. When going through the options for a new furnace, being a first time homeowner, these guys took the time to make sure that all options were covered! They were even able to get my new furnace installed the next day!! I will absolutely continue using their services, especially since I am now on their family membership plan.

The guys were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We had originally been told the installation could take 6 - 8 hours; but Matt and coworker were done in just over 3 hours!! They left everything neat and tidy (even taking their shoes off when coming in the house)! Once the project was done, they went over everything with us - including explaining everything they had done during installation and how to operate the new thermostat. They were able to answer all of our questions. We are super impressed with this company - from the service advisor(s) (Dylan and Michael) who first visited our property, to the friendly people in the office (Ashley and others) who took and answered our phone calls, to the people who did the installation. All the way around, we had a wonderful experience with this company and their employees - from start to finish!!!

We scheduled an appointment on Sunday night to have a service advisor give an estimate on replacing our entire HVAC system, furnace and central air. The next day, Monday, Chris was here promptly at the beginning of our scheduled time frame, and he did an amazing job giving us not only 2, but 4 packages to choose from. He did not leave until those estimates were in our hand, and emailed. A few hours later, we had follow up questions which we texted him directly. He responded immediately, and our journey to new equipment was in full swing. Less than 2 days later, on Wednesday, our technician, Pao, texted to let us know he was on his way. There was absolutely no disruption to our normal day to day activities. The professionalism, knowledge, and speed the work was completed by, absolutely surpassed my highest expectations!!! We could not be more impressed by Hurlburt!! We are very pleased to recommend their services to everyone! Great job!!!
