  This business is very unprofessional. I had my mother drop off our taxes because they were simple tax forms. When I first walked into the business to pick up the tax papers, I couldn't tell if I walked into a business or rummage sale. We picked up what we thought would be our tax return papers, not so. The woman who waited on us was so confused and flabbergasted that she had me sign my mothers legal tax forms. She then proceeded to charge an outrageous price for what she originally stated was for both of us, but then proceeded to charge me again for my taxes. We each received only one piece of paper of our tax forms. I expected better service and professionalism, which I did not receive. I was told they would call when the forms were finished. I waited a week and did not receive a call. I tried calling several times and always received a message stating the number was no longer in service. I called one last time before making a trip to the business and finally someone answered. The phone must only be in service when they are physically in the the business. The same lady answered the phone and was just as unprofessional on the phone as she was in person. This woman was confused and bent out of shape when I wanted to know why I had not received my tax forms and why she had not posted the payments. Her answers where all over the place, from her payment posting machine was having trouble and that they were real busy dealing with other customers tax returns and it might take two weeks or so to finally receive the tax forms. I informed her that because of her unprofessionalism, I would not be returning, nor would I recommend Hunter tax service to anyone else! Save yourself an huge headache and find someone who has to rummage sale to do your taxes, you will probably receive better service.
