I just happened to stop in while waiting for my tires to get done next door. What a happy accident! The restaurant is nice, clean (good bathroom- which I judge a restaurant by. The service was great. My server Karla was friendly, accommodating and efficient. My order came out in under 5 minutes.
And, it was fantastic. Presentation was awesome. Best taquitos I’ve ever had. I didn’t know they could get tortillas that thin and crispy. Everything was wonderful. Prices were reasonable, too. Will definitely be back.

Walked in at 839pm and was really looking forward to the 2.5lb steak. We were greeted w a disgruntled employee who looked at the time and said we are only doing takeout right now. When we looked confused she then said we close at 9. If you're looking for an alternative, molinitos is just down the street. Ask for server Beto as he provides the best customer service.
We heard about Humo from some friends that kept talking about it and had to try it for ourselves. Fiest we noticed how good the prices were and everybody seems to rave about the birria. I tried the birria ramen not even knowing that's a thing. It was exceptionally great and also the main appetizer of chip and salsa were flavorful and not at all spicy. Come check out the birria ramen for yourself!

My wife and I went out for breakfast this morning. She likes breakfast food, me not so much. I was extremely pleased to see that Humo offers their full menu even during Brunch. I asked my Server which sauce he thought would best complement birria enchiladas. Green Sauce, Red Sauce or a Mole. He felt that a red sauce would best work with the birria although the green sauce is the better of the two. So, Christmas it was, half and half. He was completely on target with the Red Sauce for birria and he was right, their Green Sauce was excellent too. Such depth of flavors. Free salsa and chips were served with the meal. Salsa had great flavor and was almost crimson in color. I may have found my new favorite Mexican restaurant. Then the bill came... It was slightly over $30 for the two of us. Yes, we definitely found our new favorite Mexican restaurant.
First time for my wife and me, and we couldn’t decide on a burrito or tacos until I had the epiphany that if you’re going to try a new restaurant that’s Mexican what better option than tacos. So my wife ordered the chicken taco, and 2 carne asada tacos. And I ordered the fish taco (battered &fried) along with a Birria taco, pastor taco and carnitas. And my wife loved the carne asada tacos especially how finely chopped the meat was and the pico was fresh also. I ranked my tacos based on my own tastes, but all I tried were amazing, so even with my ranking of the aforementioned tacos—you can’t go wrong with any of them!
1) Birria Taco: extremely juicy and flavorful
2) fish taco: battered &fried with their fish sauce or crema (get extra sauce).
3) Carnitas taco: crispy and flaky juicy shredded pork with all the usual fix-ins.
4) pastor taco: well executed but nothing stood out just a decent pastor taco that is what you’d expect!
We will definitely coming back and we would’ve taken pictures of the food but being it was takeout we wanted to consume this yummy goodness while it was still hot!
Thanks HUMO! Can’t wait to try your breakfast burritos! 🌯
