  New property manager here is really nice and goes Above And Beyond to help her residence. Maintenance staff is cool too.

  These people are thieves. My mom lived here and had to move due to declining health. The moment I gave them the keys back they stopped all communication. Currently working with a lawyer to get our deposit back. Edit: they replied saying they don’t have my mom in the system (they don’t even know her name!). I’ve clearly tried to reach out to the manager at 508, where my mom resided, with zero reply. Thus my need for legal assistance.

  I love this place! Sahra (Manager) and Fartun (Company Executive) did much to welcome me here and I always found them to be open and responsive to all questions, as well as pro-active, to any concerns here. The building is clean and well maintained, with Michael doing a wonderful, professional work here, and the neighbors polite. Nice feeling...highly recommend living here.

  I love my apartment and the location i have trouble getting things done though....plan on not signing another lease because I've asked 3 times about painting and cleaning my carpet with no results. I've lived here 3 years and I hate when things start feeling dirty. I was told when i moved in there was activities going on all the time hardly have anything to do. The Worst thing is the laundry room washers are junk cloths never feel clean. Plus it would be nice to have a economy size washers for blankets and comforters. I have no problem with the Manager or the maintenance staff they are wonderful.
