When we arrived, the front desk staff asked us to sign in and said they would call us shortly. My wife explained that we didn’t have an appointment, but they reassured us it was fine and we’d be seen. After waiting for nearly an hour, they finally called our name—only to tell us they couldn’t help us because we didn’t have an appointment. There was no apology, no explanation, and no sense of urgency or empathy for the time we wasted sitting there. This was incredibly unprofessional and a clear example of poor communication. We won’t be coming back.
