  Love these guys, very professional and friendly, fast service, there hasn't been a single employee I've dealt with who wasn't knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. Great location too, easy to find and no trouble with parking. I originally heard of them through a referral from a car dealership, the dealership quoted me $700+ to replace a key fob without the original, Hugo's did it for $110. Truly a blessing, I went back to have them replace the locks on all entry doors on my new house. I bought locks from Home Cheapot at first, returned them because Hugo's actually had higher quality brands for less, wound up costing me only $100 more for labor on 5 entry doors, including 3 that had to be redrilled. 10/10 recommend

  Highly recommend!!! I cannot believe how quick and easy it was for them to get a new FOB for our van. We were missing the key to our van (we only had one) and waiting a week for it to show up. Finally after no luck, I caved in and called Hugo's after a recommendation from Bernelis Garage. Man, am I glad I did! The service tech was out to our place within an hour and I had them make an extra one because it was such a great price compared to going to a dealership.

  I contracted with Hugo's for the installation of three new digital door lock sets. I wanted expert advice and someone that has way more experience than myself in recommending and installing what would meet my needs. I was not dissapointed. Jim arrived on time explained what and how he was going to install and was finished in much less time than I thought it would take. Jim also cleaned up the shavings and other debris, shook out rugs and vacuumed. I can without doubt recommend Hugo's for your look set needs. Thank you Hugo's!
