Our tech took 45 minutes to diagnose, then 45 minutes to "fix" an issue that was previously resolved earlier in the day by ourselves... The issue we thought we resolved, and the one that the tech readdressed, had no relation to our leak however. The underlying issue with our AC hasn't been solved yet, we're just lucky AC isn't running this time of year.
