  The young black lady manager needs an attitude adjustment. Very rude no customer concern. We ordered our food around 4:30 pm no one in the place we ordered our”chips” and toast with five piece and slaw. The toast was hard and cold, the chips were ice cold, the slaw was soured. When we took it back the manager had a horrible attitude. She claimed they make the chips in the morning and are served cold. That is a bold face lie we come or should say use to come every 3/4 weeks. And they are always hot. Her attitude is something else. She never smiled apologized nothing

  I really like this chicken! From what I can see , they don't put a bunch of sugar in it or other toxins.

  The food is always great, it's clean, the employess are very polite, pleasant, and helpful. It's an enjoyable dining experience

  Everytime I go is awesome! But I have a question. Why do they ask for my name and give me a number? I asked the manager and she said in case they have double numbers, well they shouldn’t have double. I think it’s redundant, maybe put the table number in the computer only, because when they bring the food they don’t ask for the name, they just looking for the number on the table. Just asking.

  This is a shame on me moment. They had fooled me once and I gave it another try and guess what? Fooled me again. The fries taste like leftovers even when you can tell they are fresh. Tenders are hard and small. Management is unconcerned about issues and want you to drive back to them so they can fill an order the way it should have been filled in the first place if you drive thru. Speaking of driving through. What genius decided an online app was a good idea instead of just ordering at the restaurant? Im done with them. Hope you will be as well. They are awful...
