  Attention to the owner of the dealership -Where do I began! I have been a Cadillac study for years and I know my 2016 Cadillac V Sport Platnuim XTS better then most mechanics. I trusted these folks as the experts and walked away with a dissatisfaction like I have never had before. I was billed for something that was never put in my car. ( I requested all parts takin out to be returned to me) after checking the parts I contacted the service manager only to find out I was right, and It was deducted off the bill and it only turned worse from there. After a $4,800.00 dollar repair I was told the squeak that I was hearing would go away by the time me and my vehicle reached home, well guess what? Squeaking was still there. I scheduled the car to come back and I test drove it with the tech ( I have no faith in this gent) and he heard the noise. ( Same noise I had in the very beginning before the repair) he said he needed to grease the new part. ( I am honestly now thinking what game is being played here) after a few hours I was on the service floor with the service manager and the tech ( absolute insult to my Intelligence) as they bumbled the NEW explanation of what attributeted to the squeak and it would cost another $2,300.00 to repair it, the tech bumbled his way through with the support of the service manager to explain and how it was missed. (If I didn't know cars they might have been plausible) I will NEVER EVER go to this dealership EVER again. They said go and get a second opinion and I did, the GM certified tech I spoke with who had my car on the lift at a well known and respected Cadillac dealership stated: Whoever worked on your car doesn't know what he is talking about, if he checked the struts on your V XTS Platinum he would have heard the noise and Knew where it was coming from. Please excuse my brevity. Stay tuned for my next review when I had to get a Fob replaced from this dealership, you won't believe this story ( Yes I gave them two chances, there will not be a third) Signed Caddillac influencer

  I want to sincerely thank the amazing staff at Hudson. I had previously taken my car to another shop, but the work was not completed properly. From the moment I came here, the service staff went above and beyond. They explained everything to me clearly, helped me take pictures, and even spoke directly with my husband to make sure we fully understood the situation. They also guided me in advocating for myself, which led to the management from the first repair shop calling Hudson and working out a solution so that my car could finally be fixed. This outcome would not have been possible without the detailed, professional, and respectful service I received here. The staff truly know their job, and I now feel confident that I have found a new, trustworthy mechanic. I am very pleased and grateful for the excellent service—thank you again!
