I highly recommend Hub Pest Control. I was looking for a pest control company for my mother. I found Hub Pest Solutions on Google, and based on their excellent reviews, gave them a call. I spoke with Collin who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He asked a series of questions to determine my needs and was able to provide me with a quote on the spot. He also emailed me the quote and a recap of our conversation. On the day of service, he arrived at my mother's house on time and serviced all the areas we had discussed. He explained to my mother what he had done and asked if she had any questions. He also emailed me a report of areas treated and what they were treated with in addition to problem areas he found, and action taken to rectify them. You can find your service and payment information easily in their online portal. I received a customer service follow-up call a few days later inquiring how the service went and asking if there is anything service related that can be improved.
