  Was helped by Savannah who went above and beyond helping me and my wife try to figure out why her rewards account wouldn’t work they way it should! She was a very stand out young lady and I cannot stress enough how friendly she was!!!

  Urgency is not a word that exists here. If you come here to wait and accomplish nothing this is the store for you. I truly cannot recommend the store. What should take less than a minute somehow takes 15 every time.

  The tea here is so delicious! Freshly brewed iced tea is a great way to quench thirst. My go-to flavor is the Texas Chai or the zero sugar sweet tea. That being said, I've not tried any bad flavor. Their tea tastes like the old fashioned "summer tea" that was brewed outside in the sun (in other words, delicious!)

  HTeaO at Tyler & 13th lacks consistency in quality & customer service. Drinks are more watery, communication skills are poor, & manners are nonexistent in several of the employees. Some of them are very good though. There have been several wrong orders over the last year & a half, & it just depends on who is working if you will be treated respectfully. Some of them are upset with the customer when they did not give what was ordered & they need to remedy it. I do not understand that at all. It is awful enough that they resent you for their error, but once, they gave us a gallon of the wrong flavor & would not change it out even though we went back with it right away. I should have made this review back then. I chalked it up to inexperience & probably mistaken judgement at that time. Unfortunately, we know better now. In Wichita, we frequented this location bc it is closer to home, but honestly, the East location is far better. After today, we do not know if we will go back because the rudeness was that bad. Beware neighbors.
