  Great Place My Son and Love the selections of tea. The water sold there is great also and the selection of the tea you can make at home are great option The Green Blue Berry Tea is well worth it.

  Last time I was at HteaO a girl named Tatyanna called 2 customer broke because she said if they could do push ups they’d get free tea she was also recording the whole interaction on her own personal device. This felt very racially motivated and disrespectful to witness as a customer. haven’t been backs ever since. an establishment that allows their workers to treat their customers so poorly is so sad to witness. I’ve read other reviews and she seems to be a big problem constantly on her phone and not paying attention when others ask for help. I would walk in and I wouldn’t be greater or anything just ignored and glared at as she’s on her phone. I liked the tea so I would just hurry up and get my drink due to felling rushed and unwelcome.

  I really feel like they have forgotten what tea is supposed to taste like. "Let's add a bunch of flavors to cover up the taste of the bland brown water!" Is my opinion... I've been there 4 times with the same results... tea that was more like bland brown water. The water dispenser outside gives good water, though.

  I go here weekly to refill my water jugs with their filtered water. I always get a tea and sometime I even get a brownie (so good). Everyone has always been kind and helpful to me. I know when I go here I'm going to see a friendly face. Highly recommend.

  I love everything about HTeaO except I think they could definitely make their tea stronger. Its like flavored water.
