  Poor sales experience! I just went through the drive thru. And i let her know that. 1st time ever going. I placed my order, I felt the lady actually deterred me from ordering an extra mini shot. She did not tell me my total until I went to the window. And then she asked if I had a phone number with them. Without explaining the reason for the question of giving my phone number... I had to ask her why? She was not very friendly, and didn't offer a receipt. She must have been in a bad mood. Is all I could think of. If you work in a customer service environment, at least smile once in a while! Poor,poor, service! Don't know if I'll go back to that location. Hahaha...cheers up lady!😊

  Next time please close the damn drinks before u hand them to me. Having a hard morning and my shit spilled all over the car cuz they don’t know how to close a lid

  Great customer service, ordered online and my husband picked up. He was very pleased with how smooth everything went and said everyone was very nice.
