I have been to this location many times I love this place but this time the young lady that handed me my 3 drinks was rude as heck. I didn't get her name she had blond hair and appeared to maybe pregnant. Im an over the road truck driver so I've had my share of rude people
So I order 2 huge teas different flavors of course and when I got to the window I asked her could she add a gallon of half and half mint tea...she looked at me like I pissed her off and she hated me asking her to do her job. Then she hands me the 2 huge teas I didn't notice they labeled the half and half on the lid so I asked her witch was witch and with the continued snobby attitude she said.....isn't labeled on the top....then i left
Good lord if you're having a bad day or whatever is going on that doesn't mean you have to treat people like crap and if you dont wanna work go home. You can be replaced

I almost fell because my slide on shoe got stuck to the ground because the floors were so sticky! That has never happened to me in my life! I told the cashier and she said, “it’s a tea place, there’s nothing we can do”. YES! You can MOP the floors before someone hurts themselves!!! This particular franchise location has gone down hill in the last year!

Great varieties of teas and they all taste good! Love going for happy hour 2pm-4pm and you can't beat the price!

Used to love coming here now they take forever and the girls at the window are rude and act like I’m bothering them. I have to force them to put in my points. They all look like they hate their jobs and voices sound

There is not a drink menu inside the store, not even a QR code to scan. To keep it simple, I order a "small black iced coffee". The young lady looks at me like I am a smelly drunken hobo speaking Portuguese in a Russian accent. I repeat the order, slowly. More confusing looks. She talks to an associate in whispers and asks me if I want syrup in it. I said , "No. I don't any sugar added, just a small black iced coffee, please." She walks to the back of the store to talk to a manager. The manager makes the drink and hands me a HUGE cup of iced coffee. This cup.is not small, it's a reservoir capable of irrigating a small soybean farm. I now have enough caffeine for the next three days. I ask why can't I get this same drink in a smaller cup and I point to a smaller cup on the counter. She sighs and replies, "Those are for espresso drinks only " $6 later, I won't be back. Poor trainers produce poor results in front line customer experiences. It shouldn't be this exhausting (or expensive) to order a small coffee 🤪😂🤣.
The coffee is pretty damn good, so it's not a completely negative experience.
