  A lot of the teas tasted watered down compared the San Antonio locations I've been to. Associate wasn't too friendly, seemed like he didn't want to be there

  I’ve worked at restaurants so I understand being overwhelmed. The gentleman today was working alone so I know he was busy, yes. Taking just a few seconds to smile and interact, and make eye contact certainly makes a difference. Knowing other schools have had ‘free drink’ cards to give to teachers/students for awards, I inquired about those (and yes I was wearing my school shirt and lanyard ID) to which he replied in an annoyed tone “No, we’re not doing those -I don’t have any right now” - ok! But maybe adding a “check back later” or even a “have a nice day” - any customer service whatsoever would have been appreciated. Everyone has a bad day, and maybe I just caught him at the wrong time. Even still, the two drinks I ordered, one iced coffee, one tea, neither had much flavor- definitely not worth the 10-15 minute wait to encounter a subpar attitude and spend $12 on two drinks that were not good.

  Not sure what is the big hype about this place, there are buckets all over the floor, due to water coming from the ceiling, the teas are all watered down and the flavor is the same for all, they taste like regular unflavored tea. I bought a couple of teas because my kids were excited and it was a long drive, I asked for as well for the Orchata ice coffee which tasted like regular ice coffee. One of my kids was excited to taste the root beer tea, and guess what it was just plain water. Not sure why everything was not as all the reviews here. Maybe something was wrong with the place, not enough ingredients. I asked for the decaf Orchata iced coffee and they guy at the register had to go and make sure they had what was needed for it. Not sure if am coming back

  Great place for a giant sweet Georgia Peach tea for the road!

  I like to try out different places I haven't been before. This was one of them. Budget and quality tea You can try out the different teas before purchasing as well.
