  did poor work and will not return to repair their ship-shod work!!!!i would vot reuse.over charged avd talked-down to by dhris!!

  I scheduled this team twice. The first time they were late and the same with the second time. Both times late over 1.5 hours. I told them not to come the second and they still did. Tech still showed up but I should not have let him in because he put the light switches in the most moronic positions. Then I call the owner and it has been 2 business days and still nothing on why the tech put the switches in the wrong place and were done so poorly. I appreciate the care for your customers. Use Mr. Electric. Yes they are more expensive, but they are not as bad as this service.

  Charging me for doing literally nothing. Call them to fix my mechanical chime a guy came, he looked like had no expirience or didnt know what he was doing, stay looking and seing and ended up saying everything looks ok and I dont know why it doesnt work. I did payed then the $298. In other words in 1 hour they came tell me oh yeah dont know whats wrong, you owe us $298. WTH

  I had the pleasure of working alongside HR Phoenix during a recent generator installation for an elderly family member of mine in Irving. Top notch communication throughout the entire process and their installation looks amazing, very smooth and clean. I am a stickler for aesthetics, and they did not disappoint👍.   I had HR Phoenix Electrical Company install a new bathroom plug, and instead of wiring it properly into a dedicated 20-amp plug circuit, they cut corners and tied it into the 15-amp light circuit. Now every time I use the plug, the bathroom lights flicker. When I called them to come back and check, they brushed it off as “normal.” Really?! That’s not normal — that’s cheap, lazy work. To make things worse, they tricked my unsuspecting wife into paying $300 for a “service visit” to check their own poor installation. They still haven’t refunded that money. I also paid them to install strong outdoor path lights, but two have already broken from minor bumps — exactly what I asked them to avoid. This company is terrible, dishonest, and overpriced. They cut corners to save themselves a buck, but charge you an exorbitant amount for mediocre work. Save yourself the frustration and hire someone reputable.
