  Frank Howell, owner, and I met several years ago and I contracted his company to reburbish and remodel the home I had purchased. I met with Frank and we talked about the lifestyle design we wanted and he totally met everything and ideas I expressed through his creativity and workmanship. His ideas and plans met the same as mine. He embellished even more into the house. His crew was reliable and skilled. The site was always left in clean conditions throughout the estimated contract timeframe. He finished on time and his billing kept current with costs and timely. No surprises. Costs were discussed and he always came up with ideas to cut costs on materials if possible. Our neighbors are still complimenting us on our Howell Construction project. Thank you Howell Construction

  Bill Gilbert and his crew... Colin, Matt, Steve, Rudy are extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We are having major renovations in our condominium and this crew has been amazing. I am very happy with the service they provided us, they always keep clean and safe jobsite. Great job!

  Our condo association hired Howell to do a major renovation of our beach side condo building. It was a six month project in which we waterproofed the entire exterior, installed new windows and sliders in every unit, and stripped, resealed, and re-leveled all the balconies.They did excellent work. Most notably, they remained committed to resolving any issues (there are always issues in a project of our size and complexity) until things were right. I was impressed with their commitment to ensuring we were satisfied. I recommend them.
