- CCCassie ClawsonOct 8, 20252.0The staff was friendly when I’ve been but I had a weird experience. I went for my cleaning and was told I had a small cavity to fill. I went ahead and scheduled to get it filled a couple weeks later. During that appt my small cavity somehow turned into a large one that needed a root canal. (This tooth never bothered me prior). After lots of pain awaiting a root canal at their referred endo, I went back to hover dental for my crown and also got a new retainer as my previous one no longer fit due to the crown. This was all completed at the end of April. Suddenly yesterday, 10/8, I received 2 calls on the same day about scheduling an appt to get my tooth filled (the one mentioned above) and noting they had next day appts available. Even after calling, the women who answered seemed clueless to the fact that these treatments were done. It leaves a sour taste in my mouth that 1. I questioned the ethics of if I even needed that root canal to begin with. 2. How do their records not show that they have completed treatment and why would they be calling me 5 months later to get it scheduled? I will be finding a new dentist as they have now lost my trust fully.
