When the handle on our wood-burning insert broke and the dealer we bought it from just a month ago stopped responding, House of Warmth stepped right in to help. Brian called me back within minutes and was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. Their customer service is truly top-notch, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future! - RMRob MayneFeb 4, 20245.0So where do I start. I moved to town and bought a propane insert from another dealer (at that time I didn’t stop here). Fast forward a few years later and the blower stops working (of coarse on the coldest night). I call the company that we got it from and they don’t service but can order the part. The part comes in and I scratch my head as installing this is way over my head. I call house of warmth and plead my case. Brian says no worries. I will have a guy there today at 1. Lo and behold 230 I had heat. Thanks house of warmth.

I called the store and was first referred to an outside consultant/tech named Pedro who was on vacation and the only person they use. When I asked about a time frame for the repair since they didn’t have anyone available they finally called and told me someone would be at my house in a few mins and then billed me and extremely high rate since it was Saturday but never gave me a choice on apt time. The owner called me within 2 days and left a nasty voicemail when I hadn’t had a chance to speak on the matter and threatened to not honor my products warranty. He was also rude when he initially called the day my stove stopped working and said you should be savvy enough to own one of these things because “they break all the time”. I’d avoid this place if possible.
