  I purchased my first salt water hydrotherapy spa from Hot Spring in Brainerd Baxter. Colby and Company couldn’t have been more patient and professional answering all my questions They gave me the time I needed for decision-making. Once I purchased my spa, the delivery and set up were top notch. Once again, answering my chemical and routine maintenance questions. They checked in with me during the first couple weeks to make sure my spa chemicals were correct and if I had any more questions. I’m in love with my little Jet Setter LX Thank you, Colby and your team at Hot Spring hydrotherapy spa.

  We purchased or salt water spa from Hot Springs Hydrotherapy and so thankful we made that choice. Customer service was AMAZING! Colby was so helpful with helping us get our spa balanced! He knows his stuff and is literally on ‘standby’ anytime we have questions or need help. Awesome family business with a great coffee bar and the cleanest bathrooms around! I would definitely purchase from them again. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I am really glad I chose Hotspring Hydrotherapy to purchase a new hot tub. They were really helpful and accommodating in all aspects of the process. Everyone involved from walking in the door to finding contractors and ultimately delivering and filling the hot tub where excellent! Best hot tub I've ever been in. They were so pleasant to work with and I really want to thank all involved. It all went very smooth and I highly recommend them.

  The team from Hot Springs not only delivered a wonderful product, they worked incredibly well with landscapers and electricians and others to create a beautiful space for our hot tub. The salt water system is a great upgrade from our last tub too. We recommend them highly and without any reservations!
