  Our stay at Hotel Jackson was truly unforgettable. It was our very first time to the area and from the moment we arrived, the views and service were exceptional. Linda, the concierge, went above and beyond to make sure our trip was seamless, her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care set the tone for the entire stay and we are forever grateful. The rooms and views are stunning, you wake up every morning to the view of what can only be explained as a painting, they are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bathrooms have heated floors and of all things, amazing toilets. I had to look up what kind it was because I told my husband I wanted one for our house! Alec took the time to personally sit down with us and explain the highlights of both Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, giving us a thoughtful plan to make the most of our time. His local knowledge and passion were invaluable. In the mornings we were fortunate to be served by Alejandro in the dining room. His professionalism and kindness, paired with the restaurant’s incredible menu and breathtaking views, made breakfast an absolute highlight. Breakfast is included in your stay and the food was incredible, they will even pack your breakfast to go if you’re heading out on an excursion. Egg sandwich (ask for it on the homemade English muffin) and French toast were our favorite. Every part of our stay, from the staff to the accommodations exceeded expectations with all of the attention to detail and their genuine interest in getting to know us. It was one of the most breathtaking and peaceful places we’ve ever been. Hotel Yellowstone Jackson Hole combines luxury with authentic hospitality, and I cannot recommend it highly enough and we cannot wait to return!

  Hotel Yellowstone enjoys a truly stunning Jackson Hole location with breathtaking views and an upscale design, but, regrettably, my experience fell far short of luxury standards expected at the nightly rates charged. Service and management gaps were evident from the outset. At dinner, the restaurant manager and both chefs were disengaged, casually discussing their intentions to leave for other jobs in Park City—even mentioning ambitions to chase a Michelin star elsewhere. My bottle of wine, ordered during cocktail hour, took over 30 minutes to arrive. I witnessed the restaurant manager openly reprimanding a female server for a minor error in front of guests, making the environment uncomfortably tense and unprofessional. I ultimately left the restaurant for the lobby to escape the palpable drama. The elk entrée was a particular disappointment: it arrived as a heavy, sticky dish lacking balanced flavor and clear execution. I took only one bite and chose not to eat the rest. After bringing the issue to Logan the general manager, I was surprised when nothing was done to address my concern or the charge on the bill. Such a lack of responsiveness is unacceptable at this price point. Amenities were underwhelming. Housekeeping placed dirty wine glasses in my room, indicating poor attention to detail and disregard for guest comfort. The spa was minimal, hardly matching the advertised luxury vibe. While the pool and outdoor sauna are visually inviting, they lacked warmth and hospitality in practice. Checkout further highlighted lapses in guest care. No staff were present to see us off or offer assistance. We struggled with our luggage while the valet attendant watched and did not offer help, and on the previous day, our scheduled car request was ignored while the attendant played on his phone in the booth. Both times, we fetched our own vehicle from the valet—an experience far removed from five-star expectations. Hotel Yellowstone’s physical setting deserves praise, but the guest experience—from service, staff professionalism, management responsiveness, to amenities—falls disappointingly short. Significant and immediate improvements in training and leadership are required if this property hopes to deliver a world-class luxury stay befitting its premium price.

  Hotel Yellowstone is a hidden gem, tucked away in Jackson Hole, with breathtaking views of the Grand Tetons. Every morning we woke up with purple and pink skies reflecting over the Teton mountains from our bed. The space itself, is a modern zen sanctuary, perfect for any getaway. You can indulge on fine dining at the hotels restaurant, Olivia’s, with a stellar view of the mountain. Our vacation at HY was so lovely, we extended our stay 3 days. While the views are spectacular, from our cozy cabin, what really made our trip smooth- was the warm & thoughtful hospitality. Linda & Andre at the front desk were incredibly helpful, assisting us with our day-to-day itineraries, from smoothly extending our stay, to securing us a last minute photographer, recommending yoga studios to practice, and a dinner reservation at Jackson Hole’s best Japanese omakase experience. The valet, Reilly & Alek, are very accommodating and considerate to guests. Reilly was an excellent driver for our evening out in the downtown area! Alek went above and beyond in handling our dry cleaning & laundry from our hikes & hot yoga classes. If you are visiting Jackson Hole, WY, you have got to stay at Hotel Yellowstone; because the service is smooth and unmatched. Thank you Linda, Andre, Reilly, & Alek- y’all made our stay very special.

  My wife and I had an excellent four day trip to Jackson Wyoming and had the pleasure of staying at hotel Yellowstone during October, off peak season. We were greeted at the airport by Riley who immediately made us feel welcomed. Linda was a perfect hostess and made the check-in process easy, paying attention to every detail. They arranged curated excursions to both grand Teton national park and Yellowstone National Park through the back country Safari. A special thank you to Alek And Riley for Their attentiveness as we encounter a few hiccups with our Yellowstone tour. A sincere expression of gratitude to Alejandro and Iris for their impeccable Service at Olivia’s, A five star restaurant experience. The amenities included the spa service and a Heated pool And a gym with Exceptional views of the Grand Teton. We cannot praise Yellowstone Hotel enough. The combination of above made my wife’s 50th milestone a mark to remember. Thank you, The Chisms

The service was outstanding – every staff member we met was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to make our experience special. The rooms were incredible, beautifully designed with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home while still being luxurious. The views were breathtaking, showcasing the natural beauty of the area in every direction – we could’ve spent hours just admiring them! Every detail, from the food to the atmosphere, exceeded our expectations. We truly loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to come back.
