I loved staying at the Triton Hotel. It’s literally across the street from the entrance to China Town. The lobby is gorgeous, and when you step into the elevator, it feels like you’re in Europe! Location is the best.

Overall, had a good stay at Hotel Triton. The cost was higher than normal due to Dreamforce. But, the service was great during this busy time. I liked the water dispenser they have on the 6th floor. We had left something in our rooms. Alice/Olga were very helpful and let us back into our room to find the item

N'importe quoi...
Je ne recommanderai vraiment pas cet hôtel...

I very rarely give a negative review, but here we are.
The rooms were comfortable but small. The location was excellent.
Receptionists were hit-and-miss: some were polite, some were plain rude (rolling their eyes visibly at a simple and reasonable request).
Staff often complained about other staff members loudly in the foyer. It sounded like they had meetings in this public area with no concern for volume or discretion.
The breakfast was completely unsatisfactory. Cheap, plain croissants and fruit are not what people expect when you tell them you're providing breakfast. The quality was 'I bought it yesterday at Costco for a few bucks'.
It was difficult to understand what the additional $45 charge per day was for. Internet, water, + a bad breakfast do not add up to this daily cost.
