- AGAndrew GfellerOct 22, 20255.0Had a lovely dinner in the lakeside dining room last night. Our waiter Vince was knowledgeable and informative about the different foods served. Vince is enthusiastic and passionate. Our meal was excellent and the beef tenderloin was probably the best we have had. The baked alaska dessert was a special touch. A lovely relaxed evening.
- TJTara JohnsonOct 22, 20252.0We had a lovely stay at Hotel Eldorado in Kelowna, HOWEVER, the housekeeper accidentally dropped and broke my husband's expensive cologne that was at least 1/2 full. Accidents happen, but the way the front desk and management handled it (saying it was less than it was, there was nothing they can do) and the amount of time we spent even trying to get it rectified (talked to front desk and manager, called back after returning home) as our bill was wrong since they were going to take off the resort fees and screwed that up (which only amounted to $60 worth - not even close to the $180 bottle of cologne). We are not happy at all.

Too bitter, no hint of sweet, and egg layer too thin. If the server would have checked in on us after dropping off the drinks I would have sent it back. But she didn't. She was nowhere to be found. The view, spectacular. I just know now not to go there for a classic cocktail.
- MCMaria CoelloOct 6, 20255.0Hotel El Dorado in Kelowna is exclusivity in hotels and resorts' services. We have no complains about our staying. The toilette in our bathroom broke, and they brought a new one in and install it. All of the process it took from 10AM until 2pm. So they were pretty fast addressing our problem. There was cleaning service coming to our room after the plumbers finished also. 👌 As for food options. They have amazing food! They offer a Special Brunch on Sundays (starting at 10AM) with is a buffet set up in the restaurant. Soo good. Specially their sea food station! Our waiter was the nicest most polite boy ever. He addressed all of our questions regarding attractions in Kelowna. Every one greets you. There is beautiful greenery and outstanding fall -vibe' views!

Where is check-in?
The front desk at Manteo is located at 3762 Lakeshore Rd, Kelowna BC and is open 24/7, 365 days a year.
The front desk at Hotel Eldorado (500 Cook Rd, Kelowna, BC) is available seasonally, usually from June through September.

Do you have on-site parking?
Yes, on-site is available for overnight guests and restaurant patrons. Boat trailer parking is not available.
What is the cost of parking?
Parking is $15 a night for overnight hotel guests and $50 per day for any non-hotel guests. Restaurant guests will receive 2 free hours of parking, with an option to extend to if staying longer. Registration required. Please see the Manteo front desk for more information.
Are you pet friendly?
Yes, we are dog friendly. Dog friendly rooms are available for $30/night per pet, maximum of 2 pets per room. View our pet policy and waiver here.
When is check-in/check-out time?
Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Can I have an early check in or check out?
Early check-in or check-out requests are not guaranteed. If you expect to arrive to the resort early, we encourage you to inform the front desk of your arrival. If your room is not ready, we will ensure luggage storage until your room is ready.
Is there a resort fee?
Yes, a resort fee of $30.00 + GST per room, per night will be added to your room rate upon booking. This fee offers various resort inclusions including weekly yoga classes, live entertainment, non-motorized marina rentals, and much more. For more inclusions, visit our Resort Experience page.
Are children allowed at the resort?
Yes, individuals under 18 are considered children and welcomed to the Resort.
Do you have a fitness center/ pools/sauna?
Eldorado Resort has 2 fitness centers, 2 indoor pools, 2 indoor hot tubs, 2 outdoor pools, and 3 outdoor hot tubs. Our indoor pool and hot tub at Manteo is open daily 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Our indoor pool and hot tub at Hotel Eldorado is open daily 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM. One of our outdoor pools is adults only 16+. Our outdoor pools are openly seasonally, in the summer.
Do you have breakfast?
Yes, in-room and at Hotel Eldorado's Lakeside Dining Room available from 7 am - 10:30 am at an additional cost, unless included in your package or convention.
What is your smoking policy?
The Eldorado Resort buildings are smoke free. There is a penalty of $250 for in-room smoking. Designated smoking areas are available.
What is your cancellation policy?
Guest Rooms & Suites cancellation policy: 48 hour notice required by 4pm Villa cancellation policy: 48 hour notice required by 4pm all year except if booked June 25 – September 5, 2021: 30 Day Cancellation. Full Payment forfeited if cancelled within deadline.
