My family had an amazing stay for our fall trip! I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade to a lovely water-view room on the third floor, complete with a beautiful balcony. The room was very spacious, with an elegant and well-designed interior. The hotel lobby looked classy and inviting, and the rooftop view overlooking the marina was so refreshing. The free continental breakfast was a nice bonus, and every staff member we met was smiling, welcoming, and friendly. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Very disappointed with this hotel. It’s like a comfort inn that’s trying to pass as a fancy hotel. I don’t get the hype. The bed was horrible, parking horrible, and it’s just kind of an ugly room. The one good thing was the balcony was really big . However it just overlooked a parking lot. The shower was awful . The water flow was bad and I had high hopes for it but no. So I can only say the one good thing about the hotel . Sooooooo not worth the money . We stayed at a lot of hotels on this trip across Michigan and this was the biggest disappointment. Don’t waste your money drive to traverse city and go to one of the many amazing hotels there. Even the customer service was awful .

The nicest hotel in town. Great setup downstairs with checkin, bar and fireplace area in one room. Robust continental breakfast. Rooms are spacious - neighboring rooms and heating / cooling a bit noisy - with tons of Showtime movie channels!

Great hotel with spacious room with enclosed balcony with table and chairs. Reception was friendly, warm and welcoming with no issues checking in/checking out. Pet friendly. Continental breakfast included. Incredible stone fireplace in the lobby with conversation areas indoors and out. The morning view from our balcony was spectacular. The outdoor evening view from the rooftop hi/lo bar was amazing. Took advantage of the hot tub and heated pool after dinner. Easy to walk along the beautiful neighborhood, to downtown shopping, coffee shops, beach and waterfront walkways. Highly recommend this amazing hotels.

The hotel is gorgeous with sleek, sharp decor. I loved most if not all of the design choices. The Lo Bar/Lobby has a great sitting area and we appreciated the coffee, juice, water, and yogurt 24/7. Didn’t go to the Hi Bar but looked like a great view. The hotel has an indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. There is somewhat limited parking in their lot but street parking is available. There is a charger or two for EVs and a few handicap spaces. We stayed in a handicap accessible room and there was ample space for wheelchair users (not currently using assistive or mobility devices). I didn’t see any tools to help hang up clothes on the wall-mounts for clothing but hope they could be requested for someone that needed them (or maybe I missed them). We wished there was more drawer space; there was a set of 3 drawers + 1 cabinet and the cabinet had a shallow fridge in it and 1 drawer was unusable due to a huge safe in it. The fridge being in the bedroom and microwave/sitting area over in the sitting room was a little inconvenient. We absolutely loved the white noise machine in the room! Overall, we would stay here again. It was clean, quiet, and everyone was friendly and helpful! The hotel was beautiful and tasteful. It was very quiet in the offseason.
