  Cesar the front office manager is amazing at his job and made my stay the best experience! I arrived in a very disheveled state and he went above and beyond out of his way to help me. The trip had started out with a canceled flight and I told him I should’ve known and just not have come at all and he responded he was glad that I did and for me to enjoy my trip to Dallas. Because of Cesar, I did! thank you Cesar.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Crescent Court. The room was quiet, dark, and comfortable — perfect for real rest. The gym was exceptional, easily one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel, with great equipment and plenty of space. My only criticism was housekeeping. When I called to inquire about service around 4:45 p.m., the employee rather curtly replied, “Yes, we do it before 5,” which made me laugh a little but didn’t exactly match the otherwise polished experience. Aside from that, everything else — from the amenities to the overall atmosphere — was excellent.

  Safe was broken in room for 2 days. Rooms don’t offer a luggage rack. Paid 900.00 a night. Waited over an hour for ice. My husband was sick in the hospital and needed to extend stay. Told me they were booked and I had to get out. I’ll NEVER stay there again. Go to the Swexan. It’s cheaper, better service and much nicer rooms!

  The little 5’5” manager is a serious problem. Everyone else at the hotel is great.
