- WWWalley Walt1 day ago5.0Amazing hotel experience! From the time I arrived to the time I departed was a positive experience. I used valet and it was a great experience. The rooms were clean with a luxe feel and the bed was super soft and the room had a digital thermostat for optimal temperature control. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I had brunch at the restaurant in the hotel and it was good. There is a mini-shop near the front desk that sells non-alcoholic beverages, which I utilized to get convenient refreshments. The only thing I didn’t like was that you can hear people loud in the hallway inside the hotel and you can hear them outside, but was quiet for the most part not much of a disturbance.
- CMCaroline MartinezOct 15, 20251.0Worse experience. Everything is dark, the atmosphere is heavy and gloomy . Rooms don’t have microwave, nor fridge, a lot of hidden fees, had to pay for PARKING ! gave me the most horrible room and I had to pay $35 to get my room changed. Don’t ever come back
- CEChloe EvansOct 14, 20255.0We have just returned to the UK after a 10 day stay with hotel Claremont and I couldn’t be happier about our holiday! So much so it saddens me to be home. The room was so lovely and clean, housekeeping was on point, and the bar staff were excellent, Victor in particular was the best! I genuinely feel like I will miss the people. All security and valet drivers were so welcoming and anybody was happy to help in any situation. Thank you for making my holiday even better than I thought it could’ve been. We will be back!
- SDS Yahoo DROct 6, 20255.0Went to a concert nearby and decided to stay at the Hotel Clermont. Parking is less than ideal, but I happen to get a spot very close by. Service was excellent and the room was perfect, albeit not enough body wash in the shower dispenser. The look of the hotel is vintage and the rooftop bar is a great location and has excellent service. Tiny Lou's is wonderful but expensive, but the meal was perfection. I will be back.
- KKKelly KennedyOct 5, 20255.0This was our first time at the Clermont. We enjoyed our hotel experience. The staff was responsive and nice. Parking was a little bit awkward. Either pay for valet or luck out on finding side street parking. We had AC controls in the room and loved the tall ceilings. The roof top area had good view of the city. Very close walking distance to Ponce Market which connects to the beltway. Also, loved that they had a white noise machine and option for ear plugs. We used the white noise machine. We stayed on the second floor and used the stairs. Great location around the area.
