- BBbattlebornSep 21, 20255.0As of this posting, we have had our new hot tub for about four months. I wanted to wait some time to write this review to see how everything went prior to posting. The staff (team) and quality of products offered is what makes this place different and better than other hot tub stores. Zach, Emily, Mike and David made the whole process of purchasing, coordinating, delivering and following up with satisfaction a breeze. First off... we had an old hot tub that we needed to get rid of. The hot tub came with the purchase of our home and throughout the years we had the unfortunate experience of dealing with other dealers in town. Zach helped us out with the selection process and ultimately with the purchase of our hot tub. Zach was great... he knows the products and did not try to upsell anything. He informed us of options that were available but put no pressure on us to purchase them which was appreciated. After we selected our hot tub, Zach guided us with ease through the purchase which literally took about thirty minutes. Emily coordinated the delivery process by making sure there was enough space, access to the area etc. Emily stayed in contact with us and was very responsive when we had any questions that arose. Mike and his son were fantastic in removal of our old hot tub and delivering our new one. Mike actually accommodated my busy schedule and fit us in on my only day off. Mike was very professional and kept in constant contact with me regarding time of arrival etc. Mike was also very thorough in walking us through the functions and maintenance of the new tub. David called me a few days after everything was set up and running. David is also very professional and reassuring with our ultimate experience. David wanted to make sure that we were truly satisfied with everything from the purchase, quality of the product to the delivery. This truly is the kind of customer service that is missing in so many other businesses and industries.
