I have been told they are short staffed and I told the owner that she chose this business and I am disappointed in the way they operate. I have been asking them to order pillows, cover, and schedule repair since October when we moved into this house inheriting a hot tub purchased by the previous owners! They called me more than a month ago saying my new cover was in and has yet to schedule anyone to come out to install it or repair my hot tub. I am at a loss here because I am a disabled Veteran who doesn’t have access to the hot tub that is suppose to help me heal.
- GLGreg LeonardJun 29, 20221.0Bought a tub and was promised great customer service, a long warranty, etc. Had a leak last fall in one of my jets -still in warranty. Called for service multiple times with a promise for a call back, yet it was never received . Added a new leak over the winter due to the non-response and called again for help. After another 3 calls, I was told that they were short staffed, couldn’t help, and it wasn’t their problem anymore because they only cared about new clients. Was treated poorly by both Jimmy John and a gruff and abrasive receptionist on numerous occasions. Now have a $15k pile of junk with nowhere to turn.

- DBDan BJan 11, 20205.0Purchased a new Caldera Tahitian Hot tub with salt water maintenance. Absolutely love it! I have had it about 5 months and have no complaints. Had a minor problem with the secondary controls after about a month and the team at HTH took care of it in days. I would recommend the salt water system as its easy to maintain and feels great. In the time I've owned it I have only had to add chemicals during the first week after setup. Once established I only have to adjust the setting in the panel for usage. Would recommend this tub and company to All for a great product and service! Update after 16 months: Still absolutely impressed with my hot tub. I cannot say enough how great the saltwater system is! The only product I have ever added to the water is slowly over time the PH and alkalinity increase, so a lid of PH decrease works fine. Always adjust the PH only, the alkalinity will follow. If you have heavy usage, do not add the chlorine, but simply hit the 24 hour boost button and it will correct. The ease of this system is incredible. I had a motorcycle accident in April, and having this tub has definitely made a difference to my body. Cheers!
