    We started having issues with our hot tub, Rick was incredible to deal with, and he sent two guys to come replace parts and get to the root of the issue. Those guys were beyond pleasant and helpful and did find the issue so we could get our hot tub running again! They were amazing to deal with, and we couldn't be happier with how they took care of the service on our CalSpa hot tub we purchased from them in 2020!

    ZERO MUST READ! Would you want to purchase anything from them? I have been dealing with Hot Tub Factory Outlet for 2 years, 7 months (May 2021 to Dec. 2023). I signed a contract for a special order 8’ x 8’ Harmony Hot Tub and was told I had to pay in full before delivery in Oct. 2021. To sway my decision, the salesman promised me an electronic power lift due to my disability that later changed to a regular lift that I’m unable to use; he offered an extended warranty that was later denied; he told me they would have a crane install the new and remove my old hot tub and on Aug. 2022 I was told it was my responsibility. (Even though the whole time the salesman was setting the whole thing up!). I requested a copy of the contract from the owner and compared it with the original contract I signed. I found many inconsistencies n it was apparent to me that the copy the owner gave me had been altered. The changes made: the price of the hot tub amount was increased by approx. 4300k (which meant I paid more than I really did); the sales tax was originally included in the price n was conveniently added to the new contract; the hot tub details were changed or omitted to suit them; the payments I made were listed differently; my PERSONAL INFO was incorrect and my SIGNATURE didn’t match! The salesman told me that my hot tub came in on Oct 6, 2021 n he set up 5 deliveries from Oct. to Dec. 2021. He left me hanging (often no call/no shows) and with each non-delivery came unbelievable excuses! Yet, in Dec. 2021, the owner called to tell me MY HOT TUB JUST CAME IN but that it was the wrong one. When questioning that it just came in, he told me he schedules deliveries and knew nothing about the other attempts. He offered me one off the showroom floor which I refused because I wanted the one I ordered and paid for. What was the salesman trying to deliver? And why, in October, did the salesman at first say they only take cash and later changed his mind. The owner claimed he reordered me a new hot tub and it would be in 9 weeks, then it was changed to April 2022. More excuses n he finally delivered in Sept. 2022. The hot tub he brought and installed was damaged beyond repair/inoperable, there was excessive damage to the exterior, a large scratch in the acrylic, a hole in the cover, AND a 21” CRACK in the interior of the hot tub (that someone apparently tried to fix because it was sanded & dull). SEE PICS!!! The owner promised me an upgraded computer system, to include an electric power lifter, to send a repairman to fix it until the new one came in and to repair my yard that he destroyed with his truck. None of these things happened! He couldn’t even provide an owner’s manual or a copy of the warranty! At no time was I given proof that a new one had even been ordered and he stuck me with an inoperable piece of junk! I requested many times for a refund n they refused because I’m too picky. I never heard from them again and the hot tub still sits. From Oct. 2022 to present, I filed a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office which was dismissed one month later because the owner told him he was going to order a new one (without proof)? I filed a report with the state and local police who couldn’t take legal action! A Magistrate’s hearing was held and judgment was in my favor for a full refund but I was told I had to collect the money! I put a lien on the business at the Court House. It wasn’t until I filed a Writ of Execution for the Allegheny Sheriff’s Office to serve them that I was fully compensated! It was with much persistence, educating myself, emails, hundreds of calls (often times unanswered) and more money, that I FINALLY got results. I’m sure they thought I was going to go away! I’ve heard many complaints and it was brought to my attention that this is NOT the first time they have been served. SPEAK UP! My hope is to prevent this from ever happening to anyone else! IT’S A SHAME A CONSUMER DOESN’T KNOW WHERE TO TURN WHEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS! You shouldn’t feel like you are alone! I hope this was helpful!

    I really wish I could give them 5 stars, and would have. But they never delivered our steps. They were out of stock when we bought the (expensive) hot tub. I patiently contacted them multiple times and obviously once the transaction of me paying was complete, it didn't matter to them if their end of the deal was complete or not. Eventually I bought my own steps, which were something like $80. Seems stupid to disenfranchise a customer over something so easy. They also asked me to contact them before writing a review if I had an issues so I did, and never heard back. So here's the review: they are good to work with until you pay, then it apparently doesn't matter if you are happy or not.

    WOW! We love our Cal Spa! We have wanted a hot tub on our deck for some time. We decided one Sunday morning to go look at tubs and our first stop was Hot Tub Warehouse in Monroeville. We were greeted by Mark who is very nice and informative. We didn't know much about hot tubs other than we knew what we wanted. Mark showed us demo's of working tubs in the showroom with a no pressure to buy experience. After about an hour we picked the one for us. Enter Rick and his team of four. Two weeks later we were greeted by friendly and very knowledgeable professionals. This was a tricky delivery because they had to bring the tub around the house and back to our deck. They handled it perfectly and had to take their time because at some spots it could only be moved inch by inch to clear obstacles. The tub landed on it's permanent space, the steps and thermo cover were unpacked with the cover swing. We were shown how to work everything. The 240V power was in and now ready to be connected. Rick is an amazing resource. When Rick says he will call he calls and if you get voice mail you get a call back! Our electrician was in contact with him by phone on three occasions during the hook up. When it was connected Rick requested us to call him. He was out the next day to show us how to test for chemicals and maintenance. We love our tub and so much worth the money spent. It's not just a nice to have item either. We've had it a week and use it on a daily basis for skeletal/muscular therapeutic relief as well as pure enjoyment all year around. Rick said after four days of use we will notice a difference in how we feel and we do! We look forward to restful sleep and much reduced aches and pains. Everyday we feel better. I was on the phone with Rick today to ask a question and he said he will make a house call this week to bring us calcium and show us a little more about maintenance. You can't beat the customer service and after the sale service and care. We highly recommend Hot Tub Warehouse in Monroeville. You can shop around but we know you will not find better service and value. Happy Tubbing! Geo and Mike
