  Very nice hotel. The rooms are clean. It has a laundry room. The staff are friendly. We'll worth the money!

  This place was tucked away in hot springs village about 20 min north of downtown hot springs. The view getting to this place is so scenic and beautiful. Quite and clean . And comfortable . Will definitely stay here again.

  First the not-great. The hotel has had some updates it seems, but our room had old worn sink and bathroom. The room smelled a bit musty and had a moisture-removal bag hanging. See photos. Now the good. The staff were very nice, the area seems very safe and the hotel was super quiet. The room seemed very clean. I checked thoroughly for bed bugs (I always do, even in fancy hotels) and saw no signs. The sleeping area of the room had new-looking plank flooring and furniture. The beds were comfortable. The price is good. I would stay again if we need to be in town early am like we did this time. Others had given the hotel 5 stars. So I expected a bit more. Just know not to expect a 5-star hotel. If a decent room and cleanliness + quiet are your must-haves, then this is possibly a good place for you.

  We will stay here again! The rooms were excellent my grandson had fun at the pool! Staff was friendly and very helpful recommending restaurants close by. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
