  Leaking dishwasher… Clay, our technician, was very friendly and helped me think through some ideas to save money. Looking back, he could have probably convinced me to pay a lot more for an unnecessary repair, but in my experience, he was fair and honest. He did a little more than diagnostic work, but did not charge me for it. Probably the right call, because I feel the amount I paid was fair for the work done. I will definitely use this company again for my personal residence and all of my rental properties.

  Tom did an extraordinary job. Can’t recommend him and the company enough! Very fair pricing. Excellent diagnostics. Got our dryer up and running quickly after repairs.

  I called in a problem with my refrigerator. A technician appeared later the same day, and diagnosed the problem in a few minutes. A part was needed, and a technician was sent over the following Monday. He installed the part and fixed the problem in a few minutes.
