- FRFelipe RuizOct 28, 20215.0I reached out to Hopkins & Porter a few days ago. I was looking for a company who could help me upgrade my old colonial house. A few hours later, Ken reached out to me over the phone. Ken spent over 45 minutes of his time, walking me through the real needs of my house. He took the time to inspect my house on RedFin, and to provide me with advice on small things I could tackle before jumping on big work spending tons of money. When a profesional builder takes the time to educate you and guide you, you can tell he runs an honest business that will be on your side. He could have said "Oh yeah, let me take your money and do all what you say", but he didn't. He recommended I live in the house a bit longer, understand what works and what doesn't, and see if in 6-8 months I still see the need for making the upgrades. Hopkins & Porter have the business ethics, honesty and candor that anybody would love to see in their builder. I would definitely recommend them!
