The best fried bread I've found since I left Alaska. The only thing missing from pasta salad is herring eggs but once again that's Alaska. I highly recommend this place. The pasta salad smacks

This was my first trip to Hope’s and certainly won’t be my last! I had the Navajo taco to go and first of all THANK YOU for packing the veggies and cheese and beans separately! I live two hours away but a quick crisping in my air fryer reheated the bread to perfection and all the veggies were so fresh and I LOVE how they are diced up small and shredded thin. The chili beans have just enough spice for me, but the salsa adds more kick for those who need extra spicey. A very helpful young lady helped me take my order to my truck. This was a busy day for me (was in the area for an appointment with my cancer surgeon) so the extra bit of service was much appreciated. I’m so sorry I have no pics but I was starving and it was sooooo good!

I end up getting the lamb sandwich that came with roasted hatched chilies and onions. It was fantastic. The bread was fried to perfection and not oily at all. I also Got the sweet fried bread for dessert that it was coated and honey and powdered sugar and it was fantastic. I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking to try some Native American cuisine.

This place is absolutely amazing! The fry bread was perfectly made—crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside—and every bite was full of flavor. You can really taste the care and tradition in each dish. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a strong sense of Native American culture that makes the experience feel special and authentic. It’s not just a meal, it’s a celebration of heritage. Highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious food and a meaningful dining experience!
