  I work in the technology sector and have conducted business for decades and have never once required the services of a lawyer. Unfortunately, recently, an ex-business, belligerent entity sent me a ‘demand letter’ making frivolous and unsubstantiated claims. I contacted a few law firms and found some of their responses unclear and confusing, with a monetary focus. Fortunately, I found Hooy & Hooy, PLC online and spoke with Bob Hooy. Bob patiently listened to the lengthy details of the issue and calmly advised on what options were available. Once, I sent over all data and documentation, Bob advised me on the best practical and sound legal strategic option and helped me understand and make the right decision. In working with Bob, I found him to be professional, considerate, candid and very knowledgeable on the legal aspects. He was responsive to all my concerns with clarity, but most of all, I found him to be a trustworthy person. Bob does what he says and delivers results. The issue concluded with the entity realizing their ignorance and going into the ether…just as Bob had predicted as the outcome. I also had the opportunity to work briefly with Will Hooy who shares the same traits stated above. I recommend Hooy & Hooy, PLC and would absolutely use their services again. Team Hooy are the best and I appreciate everything they did. If you need someone that won't let you down, this is the team you want!

  I was referred to Hooy & Hooy PLC to inquire about setting up a revokable trust. From the very beginning, Will Hooy was accomidating with his time, understanding to my situation, asking questions of me for clarification, and listening to all my questions and concerns along the way. He walked me through every step of what he would be able to do and what I would need to do. I feel he went above and beyond in researching information for me related to 2 particular issues I needed to address. He went over all the trust paperwork with me again after it was completed and has sent me a reminder of things I need to remember to do now that the trust has been set up. From the very beginning he was honest and upfront about what he could do to help me and the costs I would incur, and that did not change from start to finish. I would 100% recommend Hooy & Hooy PLC to anyone looking to set up a trust

  I found the Hooy law firm on the internet after searching and waiting way too long to get our living trust. To say we are satisfied and happy is putting it mildly! From our first email until now, 5 months after completion, they were always quickly available and very helpful. They helped us work through our questions to write the perfect trust for our family. With such amazing professionals to work with you would expect their fee to reflect the same very high fees of other firms! We found their fees to be beyond fair and much less than the five other firms we contacted! We were so satisfied and happy with their work that we referred a friend who had his plan made.
