  We really do enjoy working with Misty at Hooligan Real Estate Hub. When I first heard of "Hooligan" Hub, I thought it was a joke, because of the name. It did not take long at all to realize that not only is the name for real, but they definitely have broken away from the typical cookie cutter agents and have brought new life to the industry. Misty really makes you feel welcome and will ensure that you know where they are coming from. Not many, if any, agents will 4X4 through deep ass snow just to show you a listing. We have found our people and have no reason to go any other route! Afterall, we are all a bit of hooligans to some degree! Thank you, Misty for all of your help so far. Rock on!

  After the passing of my parents, we were faced with the difficult task of selling their home. It was an incredibly emotional time for our family, and we were fortunate to have Rachel by our side throughout the process. Rachel was knowledgeable, efficient, and truly understanding of our situation. She communicated clearly and consistently, always keeping us informed and making sure we knew what to expect at each step. What really stood out was how she handled everything with compassion and professionalism. She knew exactly what needed to be done and when, which helped ease the emotional burden and made the entire process go smoothly. We’re so grateful for her guidance and support during such a challenging time. I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone in need of a realtor who not only knows the business inside and out, but also genuinely cares about her clients.

  Ok if the name alone doesn’t make you want to know more about Hooligan Real Estate, actually contacting and speaking to them will. There is absolutely nothing shady or “car salesman” like about them! They are 100% up front and honest. And as if that’s not enough, you can add loyal, funny, hardworking, dedicated, fun, stylish, and just all around great people. They are definitely the kind of team you not only want to represent you, but you can see yourself becoming actual friends/family with! I have to thank Rachel for helping guide me on some things my Mom was doing with a piece of property out of state. I was worried my Mom was maybe getting played in a way that was either not legal or definitely something wasn’t going to benefit her so I reached out to Rachel in a panic and although she was not licensed in that state (so she couldn’t represent my Mom) she did ask me to send her the contract, this was all late in the evening when she was probably with her family in her jammie’s, so I did and she immediately told me to let my Mom know NOT to go forward. I was so thankful because it turned out to be all a scam! I will MOST DEFINITELY use Hooligan for all future real estate needs!! Thank you so much Hooligans!!!

  I’ve been “casually” looking for a home for… oh, only like TWO YEARS (casual meaning: me crying on Zillow, while Misty keeps me from completely losing my mind). She’s been my hype woman, my therapist, my late-night text responder, and basically my emotional support human through this whole process. And today… drumroll please… WE WENT INTO CONTRACT ON MY DREAM HOME!!! Here’s how you know you’ve found the right realtor… when she AND her broker, both show up at your work literally crying happy tears and cheering because your offer was accepted and they wanted to tell you immediately! That’s not normal. That’s love. That’s loyalty. That’s family. I don’t write reviews. Ever. But here I am, because when people pour their heart into their work like Misty and the team at Hooligan, you just can’t keep quiet. They never gave up on me, even when I gave up on myself. So if you’re wondering if you should work with them… the answer is YES. Do it. Your future self will thank you.

  Working with Hooligan Real Estate Hub was honestly such a great experience. The team isn’t your typical “stuffy realtor vibe”—they’re real, approachable, and actually make the whole process fun while still being super professional. You can tell they know the Valley inside and out, and they’re not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done. What stood out most to me was how supportive they are not just with clients, but with their whole community. They’re quick to communicate, always looking out for your best interests, and make you feel like you’re part of their Hooligan family. If you’re buying or selling in Alaska, don’t waste your time anywhere else go with Hooligan. You’ll actually enjoy the process and know you’ve got people who fight for you every step of the way.
