- TMThea Marasa5 days ago3.0I take issue with them pre-selling food that isn’t ready. I got a text that my food was ready 7 minutes before it was actually ready. I assume they are graded on their ticket times and they do this to ensure their times stay at an acceptable level. But the lobby full of people flashing phone screens with “order ready” showing on it who were being told “sorry we’re still working on it” was unacceptable. Stop it. Improve your ticket times in a real way and stop faking it.

I love the environment each time I walk in this place. I really just have to specifically shout out Johanna, one of the employees here because she is just a very great and excellent help. she greets you from the time you arrive, always there to assist in the middle of your stay in the store, always ready to answer questions and she really makes your experience worth the while. she’s super happy and a very great friendly person. 10/10 customer service, highly recommend. the food is definitely excellent as well. I’ve never had a problem with my food, always cooked well, to perfection and just as I asked. this is one of the best honey grows in the city and I’ve been to many of them. thanks so much for making my experience pleasant.
- JMJill McCarrollOct 30, 20254.0This place does a ton of business during the lunch rush, and handles it so well. I love when I can actually hear my name being called when the order is ready! That said, it is definitely is crowded and noisy inside, so not the most relaxing place to sit and eat!
