  Main food was blan even after adding sirracha to it. Dont know why its so busy. Guess its just the newest thing around the hospital and area. I can just imagine all the peeps that go therebsaying how good this place is... but its not. Very mid. I will say the dessert my wife got was good and i would go back for that but probably wont. Juat a different version of chipotle wich is next door to it and inwishedbinwent there.

  This place sucks don't give you anything for your money but noddles I asked for chicken bowl and got no chicken lol I would go to Chipotle right next door we should get your money's worth there.

  Ordered online. Received confirmation that my order would be ready at the chosen time. I'm sitting here waiting a half hour beyond the time promised. I know there is a special but that doesn't excuse the lack of preparedness of this establishment. I bet this is not happening at my usual location, which is in Strongsville. I'm hearing from people waiting here that some have waited an hour or longer. This is ridiculous.

  Great experience! The food is super fresh with high-quality ingredients and fairly priced for the value. There’s sometimes a wait, but that just means everything is made to order. The app and kiosks make ordering easy and accurate, and I like that they offer rewards. Very clean and definitely a step above other options in the area.

  One and done over here unfortunately. I tried the Chesapeake Crab bowl and it was pretty rough. I never throw food away but this I just could not eat, the flavor profile was terrible. I shared the feedback with the store and the customer support was also pretty harsh. I was fair and honest, explained that I really was not just dissatisfied with the bowl but I couldn’t even eat it and all that was said was “thanks for the feedback”. Not that I need a “give us a second chance” but it sure would’ve been nice to have my feedback validated. And forget about a “satisfaction guaranteed” approach, this place clearly doesn’t care about that either. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all and won’t be back.
