  The service rep that helped us was top notch and treated us with kindness and respect and was very reassuring during our whole visit. Great service by the mechanics too they did a diagnostic figured out the issues and were able to complete the work the same day. Top notch all the way around.

  Thanks to Honda for having extended warranty coverage for the torque converter on my 2017 Ridgeline. The provision of a loaner vehicle at no cost was welcome. And, Werner, my service rep was very helpful and considerate. My thanks to all involved.

  I had a good experience with customer service but I am a bit confused because when I received my car they told me that the battery of my car was marked with a warning that it might need to be replaced but as of now everything is okay. I came home and felt comfortable but when I was checking the resume and reading everything that had been done it said that I need to replace the battery which made me confused on why they did not replace it in the first place. This is why my review is 3 stars for this place.

  Ton was wonderful. We got straight to the basics of what I needed & no extra repairs were pushed. In fact he went out of his way to save me money & even produced a coupon to lower the cost of the new battery I did need. I trust this shop to keep my Honda in goid shape so it can last me for years to come
